Change: Alert Emails to Students: Alert Emails do not go out if you choose an alert reason on a progress report

Progress Report Campaign displaying discrepancy between evaluations to be sent and evaluations listed

To Verify:

Alert Emails to Students: Alert Emails do not go out if you choose an alert reason on a progress report

Dependencies:
Alert reasons should be set.

Validation Plan:

  1. Alerts Email Through Progress Campaigns - Positive Test
  2. Given Some alerts reasons are created and active for School.
  3. And At least one alert reason has 'Send email to advisor' and 'Send email to advisor' settings active.
  4. And I create a progress report for a student with at risk mark and specific alert that has previous notifications active.
  5. Then Advisor and Student should get an email with creation of alert details.
  6. Alerts Email Through Import Process - Positive Test
  7. Given Some alerts reasons are created and active for School.
  8. And At least one alert reason has 'Send email to advisor' and 'Send email to advisor' settings active.
  9. And I execute an import that loads alerts into GradesFirst (Import Version 2 or 5) and specific alerts have alert reasons with previous notifications as active.
  10. Then Advisor(s) and Student should get an email with creation of alert details.
  11. Alerts Email Through Student Profile Create Alert Functionality - Positive Test
  12. Given Some alerts reasons are created and active for School.
  13. And At least one alert reason has 'Send email to advisor' and 'Send email to advisor' settings active.
  14. And I go to any student profile page that has advisors set up an create an through 'Create alert' functionality. Alert created must have alert reasons with previous notifications as active.
  15. Then Advisor(s) and Student should get an email with creation of alert details.

  1. By default, Restrict Group Editing must be true
  2. Given a school with the Restrict Group Editing set on true (checked)
  3. When the current user tries to add a user to another group
  4. Then he should not be able to add the user to any group the current user is not already part of

  3. When Go to advisor activity or advisory appointment report, using non preference for enrollment status, and for the date between use the date of creation of appointment , ignore term and include inactive off

  4. Click on "Add yourself to the waiting list"
  5. *Given* Give and advisor with appointment or any busy time with conflict on the day

  2. Given A tutor and student in GroupA and GroupB and a tutoring appointment in Group B
  3. When you impersonate the tutor and view their recent tutoring with Group A selected as the current group
  4. Then the system should display the tutoring appointment from Group B as well.
  5. Recent Tutoring Appointments: Verify Cross-Group Filtering
  6. Given A tutor in Group A only and student in GroupA and GroupB and a tutoring appointment in Group B
  7. When you impersonate the tutor and view their recent tutoring with Group A selected as the current group
  8. Then the system should not display the tutoring appointment from Group B.

  11. When you impersonate the tutor,
  12. view their recent tutoring with Group A selected as the current group,
  13. file a report for the appointment,
  14. then switch the current group to Group B and click on the Report Details link to view the evaluation
  15. Then the system should display the report.
  16. When you impersonate a user who does not belong to Group B and click the same Report Details link,
  17. Then the system should not display the report (should display Permission Denied message).

  4. Then the system should display the appointment in the list with a Date of 12/28/2016 10:30a - 11:00a, Student Duration: 30 minutes, Tutor Duration: 30 minutes
  5. When you file a report for the appointment and mark the student attended with arrived at 10:30, departed at 10:30
  6. Then the system should also display the appointment in the list with a Date of 12/28/2016 10:31a - 10:59a, Student Duration: 1 minute, Tutor Duration: 30 minutes
  7. When you edit the report and mark the student as not attended,
