Responding to an Appointment Campaign Request

GradesFirst Appointment Campaigns allow advisors to request that you schedule an appointment with them.

When an advisor initiates a campaign, you will receive an email notification.

To respond to the appointment campaign request:

1. Click the Schedule an Advisor Appointment link.

 

2. On the Schedule an Advising Appointment screen, select your appointment options.

 

  • Reminders - Select any reminders that you would like to receive such as an email or text reminder
  • Cell Phone Number - Provide a cell phone number if applicable
  • Comments - Add any comments you would like to include about your appointment to help the advisor prepare.
  • Step 1: Choose a Date to Meet - Select the day you prefer for your appointment.
  • Step 2: Choose a Time to Meet - Select the advisor and the time you prefer for your appointment.

3. Review the appointment details. Then click Create This Appointment.

4. GradesFirst displays an appointment confirmation screen.

If you have more than one appointment that you can schedule for in this campaign, you can click the Schedule Another Appointment link.

GradesFirst will send an email confirmation of your appointment.
