- And I create a progress report for a student with at risk mark and specific alert that has previous notifications active.
- Then Advisor and Student should get an email with creation of alert details.

- And I execute an import that loads alerts into GradesFirst (Import Version 2 or 5) and specific alerts have alert reasons with previous notifications as active.
